Orders placed by 12 noon (Pakistan time) ship the same day by registered courier. Orders after 12 noon, on Sundays or on national holidays ship the next working day.
Delivery takes 1 to 5 working days, up to 7 in busy seasons. Orders under Rs.5,000 pay a Rs.350 delivery charge.
Returns
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
