EXCHANGE POLICY

At B Store, we offer a simple and convenient exchange process to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Exchange Request

If you have a size issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Customer Size Selection Error

If you ordered the wrong size, a PKR 500 exchange fee will apply. Our rider will collect the original item and deliver the correct size to your doorstep.

3. Company Error – Free Exchange

If you receive an incorrect size or product due to an error by B Store, we will arrange a FREE exchange. All exchange and delivery charges will be covered by our company.

4. Exchange Processing Time

Once you inform our team and your exchange request is confirmed, the exchange process will be completed within 5–7 days.

5. Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
